How the result is calculated

The text is normalized (NFC), Arabic diacritics and tatweel are removed so «مَدْرَسَة» equals «مدرسة», it is lowercased, then words are extracted with a Unicode expression (letters and digits with an internal hyphen or apostrophe). Consecutive phrases of 1–4 words are counted, excluding those that start or end with a stop word when exclusion is on. Density = phrase count × words in phrase ÷ total words × 100, i.e. the phrase’s share of the text. The total includes stop words.

Limits: The tool is descriptive: search engines do not publish an ideal density, and the “high” label (above 3%) is an editorial warning, not a Google rule. Chinese and Japanese (no spaces) are not segmented. Stop word lists are short and cover Arabic and English only. There is no stemming: «كتاب» and «الكتاب» are different words.

FAQ

What is the ideal keyword density?

There is no official figure. Write for the reader and use the word naturally; the tool only helps spot excessive repetition.

Why are some words excluded?

Stop words (such as the, في) do not distinguish the topic; you can turn exclusion off.
