كيف تُحسب النتيجة؟How the result is calculated
الدرجة تبدأ من 100 وتُطرح منها عقوبات وتُضاف مكافأة واحدة، ثم تُقيَّد بين 0 و100. كل قاعدة وقيمتها تظهر في جدول «تفصيل الدرجة» أعلاه، ولا يوجد أي عامل مخفي: The score starts at 100, penalties are subtracted and one bonus is added, then clamped to 0–100. Every rule and its value is shown in the “Score breakdown” table above; there is no hidden factor:
- الطول (بعدد الحروف المرئية graphemes؛ الإيموجي = 1): أقل من 15 → −15، 15–29 → −5، 30–60 → 0، 61–70 → −8، أكثر من 70 → −20.Length (visible characters / graphemes; an emoji = 1): under 15 → −15, 15–29 → −5, 30–60 → 0, 61–70 → −8, over 70 → −20.
- كلمات بحروف لاتينية كبيرة (3 أحرف فأكثر وكلها كبيرة): −5 لكل كلمة وبحد أقصى −20.ALL-CAPS words (3+ letters, all uppercase Latin): −5 each, max −20.
- علامات التعجب (! و！): واحدة −3، اثنتان −10، ثلاث فأكثر −15.Exclamation marks (! and ！): one −3, two −10, three or more −15.
- الإيموجي: ثلاثة فأكثر −5 (لا عقوبة على 0–2).Emoji: three or more −5 (no penalty for 0–2).
- كلمات السبام: قاموس موزون بوزن 0.5–3 لكل عبارة (تُحسب مرة واحدة، والعبارة الأطول تحجب المضمَّنة فيها). العقوبة = 8 × مجموع الأوزان، بحد أقصى −40.Spam words: a weighted dictionary with weights 0.5–3 per phrase (each counted once; a longer phrase hides the ones inside it). Penalty = 8 × sum of weights, max −40.
- بادئة رد/إعادة توجيه (RE: أو FW: أو FWD: أو رد:) في أول السطر: −10 لأنها توحي بمحادثة سابقة قد لا توجد.Reply/forward prefix (RE:, FW:, FWD: at the start): −10, because it implies a previous conversation that may not exist.
- مكافأة التخصيص: +5 إن وُجد وسم دمج مثل
{{first_name}}أو*|FNAME|*أو%FIRSTNAME%. يُحتسب الوسم بطول 8 أحرف عند قياس الطول.Personalization bonus: +5 if a merge tag such as{{first_name}},*|FNAME|*or%FIRSTNAME%is present. A tag counts as 8 characters when measuring length.
المعاينة على الجوال تقطع عند ≈35 حرفًا وعلى الحاسوب عند ≈60 حرفًا؛ وهي تقريب لأن العرض الفعلي يختلف حسب التطبيق والخط وحجم الشاشة. النبرة (إيجابية/سلبية) تعتمد قاموسًا صغيرًا للمعلومة فقط ولا تدخل في الدرجة. The mobile preview cuts at ≈35 characters and the desktop one at ≈60; this is an approximation, since real widths vary by app, font and screen. Tone (positive/negative) uses a small lexicon, is informational only and is not part of the score.

The score is a rule-of-thumb, not a prediction of open rate; no tool can know your real open rate without an A/B test on your list. The spam dictionary is partial and indicative, and modern mail filters rely mainly on sender reputation and authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), not on words. The caps rule covers Latin letters only.
