مثل gmial.com وhotmial.com.

A clean list lowers bounces and complaints and protects sender reputation. These are practical steps in order, and what tools can and cannot prove.
1. Collect addresses with permission
Do not buy lists or scrape addresses to contact people who did not agree. This violates most sending providers' policies and many laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, ePrivacy), and raises complaints and spam traps.
2. Normalise and de-duplicate
Ignore case in the domain, trim spaces, then remove duplicates. Careful: Gmail may ignore dots and anything after + in the local part, but do not assume that for other providers, and do not merge different addresses without certainty.
3. Check syntax
A valid format (RFC 5321/5322) is the minimum: a single @, a local part of at most 64 characters, and a domain with valid labels and a real top-level domain. Invalid addresses will certainly bounce.
4. Fix common typos
Such as gmial.com and hotmial.com. Correct only what you trust; some domains that look like typos (such as email.com) are real.
5. Handle role and disposable addresses
Role addresses (info@, sales@) are read by several people and see more complaints; disposable mail does not last. Exclude them, or send with care depending on your goal.
6. Check the domain
An MX record (or an A record as the implicit fallback) means the domain accepts mail. It does not prove the mailbox itself exists; only the recipient's server knows, at delivery time, and probing by attempting delivery carries reputation and privacy risks.
7. Monitor bounces and sunset wisely
Remove hard-bounced addresses immediately, and stop sending to long-inactive contacts after a re-engagement campaign. Keep bounces under roughly 2% and complaints under 0.1%.
