نقرأ كل الرسائل ونردّ عادةً خلال بضعة أيام عمل. قد يتأخر الرد في فترات الضغط.
بماذا نستطيع مساعدتك؟
- الإبلاغ عن خطأ في أداة: اذكر اسم الأداة، وما أدخلته، والنتيجة التي ظهرت، وما كنت تتوقعه ولماذا (مرجع أو معيار إن وُجد)، والمتصفح ونظام التشغيل. لا ترسل بيانات حساسة.
- اقتراح أداة أو ميزة: صف المشكلة التي تريد حلّها لا الحل فقط.
- طلبات الخصوصية: الاطلاع على بياناتك أو حذفها (انظر سياسة الخصوصية). لا نملك حسابات، فالبيانات المحتملة هي رسائلك إلينا فقط.
- الشؤون القانونية وحقوق الملكية: أرسل تفاصيل المحتوى المعني والرابط وصفتك.
- الشراكات والإعلان: اكتب «شراكة» في عنوان الرسالة.
ما لا نستطيعه
لا نقدّم دعمًا فنيًا لحسابات الاستضافة أو خوادم البريد الخاصة بك، ولا استشارات قانونية أو مالية. نتائج الأدوات إرشادية؛ راجع إخلاء المسؤولية.

We read every message and usually reply within a few business days. Replies may be slower during busy periods.
What we can help with
- Reporting a bug in a tool: include the tool name, what you entered, the result you saw, what you expected and why (a reference or standard if any), plus your browser and OS. Please do not send sensitive data.
- Suggesting a tool or feature: describe the problem you want solved, not only the solution.
- Privacy requests: access to or deletion of your data (see the Privacy Policy). We have no user accounts, so the only data we may hold is your messages to us.
- Legal matters and copyright: send details of the content concerned, its URL and your capacity.
- Partnerships and advertising: put “partnership” in the subject.
What we cannot do
We do not provide technical support for your hosting accounts or mail servers, nor legal or financial advice. Tool results are indicative; see the Disclaimer.
