How the result is calculated
أسلوب العنوان يُبقي الكلمات الصغيرة (of, the, and…) Text is converted with toLocaleUpperCase and toLocaleLowerCase with an optional locale, so rules such as i → İ in Turkish work. Identifier styles (camel, snake, kebab…) split the text into words with a Unicode regular expression that detects acronyms: parseHTTPResponse becomes parse_http_response. Title style keeps small words (of, the, and…) lowercase except the first and last, which is a simplification of AP/Chicago rules, not a full implementation.

It works with Latin, Greek and Cyrillic; Arabic letters have no case so they stay unchanged, and identifier modes can still split words.
Why do I get İ instead of I?
