الصق قائمتك أو ملف CSV فتُنظَّف فورًا: إزالة المكرر والعناوين الخاطئة، وتصحيح أخطاء النطاقات الشائعة (gmial.com)، واستبعاد الأدوار والبريد المؤقت، مع الاحتفاظ بأعمدة CSV وتقرير يوضح ما حُذف ولماذا، وتقسيم القائمة حسب المزوّد. Paste your list or a CSV file and it is cleaned instantly: duplicates and invalid addresses removed, common domain typos fixed (gmial.com), roles and disposable mail excluded, CSV columns preserved, with a report of what was removed and why, plus a split by provider.
كيف تُحسب النتيجة؟How the result is calculated
تُطبَّق الخطوات بهذا الترتيب على كل عنوان، وأول سبب يُسجَّل في التقرير:
1) التنظيف والصيغة: نزيل المسافات والاقتباس وmailto: وصيغة الاسم <العنوان> والنقطة الأخيرة، ثم نتحقق من الصيغة (الجزء المحلي ≤ 64، النقاط، الأحرف، تسميات النطاق، TLD، الطول ≤ 254). ما لا يطابق يُحذف مع ذكر السبب.
2) تصحيح الأخطاء الشائعة: نستبدل نطاقات خاطئة معروفة وصريحة فقط (مثل gmial.com ← gmail.com وhotmail.con ← hotmail.com) من جدول ثابت، ولا نخمّن. كل تصحيح يظهر في قسم «التصحيحات» لتراجعه.
3) الفلاتر: نطاقات مستبعدة، أو نطاقات مسموحة فقط، ثم عناوين الأدوار (info وadmin…) والبريد المؤقت (قائمة جزئية مضمّنة) عند تفعيلها.
4) التكرار: المقارنة بحروف صغيرة، ومع خيار Gmail تُهمل النقاط و+tag في gmail.com وgooglemail.com. يُحتفظ بأول ظهور ويُحذف ما بعده.
5) CSV: نكتشف الفاصل (, أو ; أو Tab) والعمود الأكثر احتواءً على @، ونحتفظ ببقية أعمدة كل صف كما هي، ويُعاد العنوان المنظَّف إلى مكانه. الصفوف المحذوفة تُصدَّر في ملف مستقل مع سبب الحذف.
6) التقسيم: نوزّع العناوين المتبقية على: Gmail، مايكروسوفت (Outlook/Hotmail/Live/MSN)، Yahoo، Apple، مزوّدون مجانيون آخرون، ونطاقات الأعمال، ونصدّرها في ملف ZIP.
The steps run in this order on every address, and the first reason is recorded in the report:
1) Cleanup and syntax: we strip spaces, quotes, mailto:, the Name <address> form and a trailing period, then validate syntax (local part ≤ 64, dots, characters, domain labels, TLD, length ≤ 254). Anything that fails is removed with its reason.
2) Common-typo fixes: we replace only known, explicit misspelled domains (such as gmial.com → gmail.com and hotmail.con → hotmail.com) from a fixed table, and never guess. Every fix appears in the “Fixes” section so you can review it.
3) Filters: excluded domains, or allowed domains only, then role addresses (info, admin…) and disposable mail (an embedded partial list) when enabled.
4) Duplicates: compared in lowercase, and with the Gmail option dots and +tag are ignored on gmail.com and googlemail.com. The first occurrence is kept and later ones are removed.
5) CSV: we detect the delimiter (,, ; or Tab) and the column with the most @, keep every other column of each row as is, and put the cleaned address back in place. Removed rows are exported in a separate file with the reason.
6) Split: remaining addresses are distributed into Gmail, Microsoft (Outlook/Hotmail/Live/MSN), Yahoo, Apple, other free providers, and business domains, and exported as a ZIP.
حدود الأداة:Limits:
المنظّف يفحص الصيغة والتكرار والقوائم فقط، ولا يتحقق من أن النطاق أو الصندوق حيّ (لذلك أداة «مدقق البريد الإلكتروني» تكمّله). جدول تصحيح الأخطاء محدود بالحالات الشائعة. قوائم الأدوار والمؤقت جزئية. المعالجة كلها في متصفحك ولا يُخزَّن شيء.
The cleaner checks syntax, duplicates and lists only; it does not verify that the domain or mailbox is live (the “Email Validator” complements it). The typo-fix table is limited to common cases. Role and disposable lists are partial. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is stored.

راجع التقرير وملف المحذوفات: غالبًا لأنه مكرر (مع خيار Gmail)، أو عنوان دور، أو نطاقه ضمن المستبعدة أو خارج المسموحة.Check the report and the removed file: most likely because it is a duplicate (with the Gmail option), a role address, or its domain is excluded or not in the allowed list.
هل أفعّل خيار Gmail؟Should I enable the Gmail option?
نعم عادةً: john.smith@gmail.com وjohnsmith+shop@gmail.com صندوق واحد، فمراسلتهما معًا تُحسب تكرارًا. لا تفعّله إن كانت قائمتك تفرّق بينهما لأغراض التتبّع.Usually yes: john.smith@gmail.com and johnsmith+shop@gmail.com are one mailbox, so emailing both counts as a duplicate. Do not enable it if your list distinguishes them for tracking.
كم صفًا يتحمل؟How many rows can it handle?
يعمل بسلاسة حتى نحو 200 ألف سطر. الأكبر منها قد يبطئ المتصفح؛ قسّمه إلى ملفات.It runs smoothly up to roughly 200,000 lines. Larger lists may slow the browser; split them into files.
