1. الخدمة
يقدّم Axvoid Tools أدوات مجانية تعمل في المتصفح لأغراض معلوماتية وتقنية. قد نغيّر الأدوات أو نضيف إليها أو نوقفها في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
2. الاستخدام المقبول
توافق على ألّا:
- تستخدم الموقع في نشاط غير قانوني أو احتيالي أو لإرسال رسائل غير مرغوبة (سبام) أو لانتهاك حقوق الآخرين.
- تحمّل الموقع أو الخدمات التي يعتمد عليها (مثل خدمات DNS العامة) بطلبات آلية مفرطة، أو تحاول تعطيله أو اختراقه أو تجاوز قيوده التقنية.
- تنسخ الموقع أو تعيد نشر محتواه وأدواته بصورة تنافسية أو تنسبها لنفسك.
3. مسؤوليتك عن القوائم والبيانات
أدوات مثل مستخرج الإيميلات ومنظّف القوائم ومدقق البريد تعالج بيانات تُدخلها أنت. أنت المسؤول عن شرعية الحصول على هذه البيانات واستخدامها، وعن الالتزام بقوانين مكافحة السبام وحماية البيانات المعمول بها (مثل CAN-SPAM وGDPR وePrivacy). لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي استخدام لنتائج الأدوات في مراسلة أشخاص دون إذن.
4. الملكية الفكرية
تصميم الموقع ونصوصه وشيفرته وعلاماته ملك لفريق Axvoid أو مرخّص له، ومحميّة بقوانين الملكية الفكرية. تملك أنت ما تدخله وما تنتجه من نتائج. يُسمح لك باستخدام الموقع لأغراضك الشخصية والمهنية المشروعة، ولا يتضمن ذلك أي ترخيص آخر.
5. الإعلانات والخدمات الخارجية
قد يعرض الموقع إعلانات ويستخدم خدمات أطراف ثالثة (مثل Google). لا نتحكم في محتوى الإعلانات ولا نتحمل مسؤولية المواقع أو الخدمات الخارجية. انظر سياسة الخصوصية.
6. إخلاء الضمانات
يُقدَّم الموقع وأدواته «كما هي» و«حسب التوفر» دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، بما فيها الدقة التامة أو الملاءمة لغرض معين أو الخلوّ من الأخطاء أو الاستمرارية. نتائج الأدوات إرشادية وتقديرية في بعضها؛ راجع إخلاء المسؤولية.
7. حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمل Axvoid ولا القائمون عليه أي مسؤولية عن أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو خاصة أو خسارة أرباح أو بيانات أو سمعة ناتجة عن استخدام الموقع أو عدم القدرة على استخدامه أو الاعتماد على نتائج أدواته. لا يستبعد ذلك مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا.
8. التعويض
توافق على تحمّل المسؤولية عن أي مطالبة تنشأ عن مخالفتك لهذه الشروط أو لحقوق الآخرين أو للقانون عبر استخدامك الموقع.
9. التغييرات والإنهاء
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. الاستمرار في الاستخدام بعد التعديل يعني قبولك. يحق لنا تقييد الوصول لمن يخالف الشروط.
10. القانون المطبّق
تُفسَّر هذه الشروط وفق القوانين المعمول بها في محل إقامة القائم على الموقع، دون النظر إلى قواعد تنازع القوانين، وتُحال النزاعات إلى المحاكم المختصة هناك، مع عدم الإخلال بأي حقوق إلزامية للمستهلك في بلدك.

1. The service
Axvoid Tools provides free browser-based tools for informational and technical purposes. We may change, add or discontinue tools at any time without prior notice.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent activity, to send unsolicited messages (spam), or to infringe the rights of others;
- overload the Site or services it relies on (such as public DNS services) with excessive automated requests, or try to disrupt, hack or bypass its technical limits;
- copy the Site or republish its content and tools competitively or as your own.
3. Your responsibility for lists and data
Tools such as the Email Extractor, List Cleaner and Email Validator process data you provide. You are responsible for the lawfulness of obtaining and using that data and for complying with applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and ePrivacy). We accept no responsibility for using tool results to contact people without permission.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, code and marks belong to the Axvoid team or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You own what you enter and the results you produce. You may use the Site for your lawful personal and professional purposes; no other licence is granted.
5. Ads and external services
The Site may display ads and use third-party services (such as Google). We do not control ad content and are not responsible for external sites or services. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including complete accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from errors or continuity. Tool results are indicative and some are estimates; see the Disclaimer.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axvoid and its operators are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, loss of profits, data or reputation arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the results of the Site. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for any claim arising from your breach of these terms, of others' rights or of the law through your use of the Site.
9. Changes and termination
We may amend these terms; the last-updated date appears at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may restrict access for anyone who breaches the terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable at the Site operator's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are referred to the competent courts there, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country.
