تشرح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل Axvoid Tools («نحن») مع المعلومات عند استخدامك الموقع https://axvoid.net. نكتبها بأبسط عبارة ممكنة، ونحدّثها عند تغيّر ما نفعله فعلًا.
1. الخلاصة
- لا نطلب حسابًا ولا نجمع اسمك أو بريدك أو أي بيانات تعريف عند استخدام الأدوات.
- ما تكتبه أو تلصقه في الأدوات يُعالَج داخل متصفحك ولا يُرسَل إلينا، إلا في حالات الاستعلام عن DNS الموضّحة أدناه.
- تستخدم أطراف ثالثة (Google) خدمات على الموقع كالخطوط والإعلانات، ولها سياساتها الخاصة.
2. ما الذي نعالجه
أ) محتوى الأدوات
النصوص والقوائم والأرقام التي تُدخلها تُعالَج بجافاسكربت في متصفحك. لا نخزّنها ولا نرسلها إلى خوادمنا، ولا توجد قاعدة بيانات للمستخدمين.
ب) استعلامات DNS (أداتا فاحص SPF/DKIM/DMARC ومدقق البريد)
للتحقق من سجلات النطاق يرسل متصفحك اسم النطاق (مثل example.com، لا عنوان البريد كاملًا) و/أو سجلّات مثل _dmarc.example.com عبر HTTPS إلى خدمة DNS عامة تختارها من الأداة: Google Public DNS (dns.google) أو Cloudflare DNS (cloudflare-dns.com). تصل هذه الطلبات إلى تلك الخدمة مباشرة من متصفحك ويخضع تعاملها مع بياناتك لسياساتها: سياسة Google Public DNS وسياسة Cloudflare. لا تمر هذه الطلبات عبر خوادمنا.
ج) سجلات الخادم
مثل أي موقع، قد يسجّل مزوّد الاستضافة بيانات تقنية عند طلب الصفحات (عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح والصفحة المطلوبة والوقت) لأغراض الأمن والتشغيل. لا نستخدمها لتتبعك.
د) التخزين المحلي في متصفحك
نحفظ على جهازك فقط تفضيلات الواجهة (اللغة والثيم والأدوات المفضلة وبعض إعدادات الأدوات). لا تُرسل إلينا. التفاصيل في سياسة ملفات الارتباط.
هـ) رسائلك إلينا
إن راسلتنا على admin@axvoid.com نحتفظ بالرسالة وعنوانك بقدر ما يلزم للرد ومتابعة الموضوع.
3. خدمات الأطراف الثالثة
Google Fonts
تُحمَّل خطوط الصفحات من Google Fonts، فيرى Google عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح عند الطلب. انظر خصوصية Google Fonts.
Google AdSense (الإعلانات)
قد يعرض الموقع إعلانات تقدّمها Google AdSense. يستخدم Google وشركاؤه ملفات ارتباط ومعرّفات مشابهة لعرض الإعلانات وقياس أدائها ومنع الاحتيال، وقد يعرضون إعلانات مبنية على زياراتك السابقة لهذا الموقع ومواقع أخرى. يتيح استخدام Google لملفات ارتباط الإعلانات له ولشركائه عرض إعلانات لك بناءً على زيارتك لموقعنا و/أو مواقع أخرى على الإنترنت.
- يمكنك إلغاء الإعلانات المخصّصة من إعدادات إعلانات Google، أو زيارة aboutads.info لإلغاء ملفات ارتباط بعض مزوّدي الإعلانات الآخرين.
- لمعرفة كيف يستخدم Google البيانات من المواقع التي تستعمل خدماته: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا نطلب موافقتك قبل استخدام ملفات الارتباط الإعلانية عبر أداة موافقة معتمدة، ويمكنك تغيير اختيارك في أي وقت.
التحليلات
لا نستخدم حاليًا أدوات تحليلات تتبّع الزوار. إن أضفنا واحدة سنحدّث هذه الصفحة أولًا.
4. الأساس القانوني (للمقيمين في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة)
نعالج البيانات المحدودة التي ذُكرت بناءً على المصلحة المشروعة في تشغيل الموقع وتأمينه، وعلى موافقتك فيما يخصّ ملفات الارتباط الإعلانية، وعلى تنفيذ طلبك حين تراسلنا.
5. حقوقك
حسب قانونك المحلي قد يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو تقييد معالجتها أو نقلها أو الاعتراض عليها، وسحب موافقتك في أي وقت، وتقديم شكوى إلى جهة حماية البيانات المختصة. لأننا لا نملك حسابات مستخدمين، فالبيانات التي قد نحملها عنك هي رسائلك إلينا؛ راسلنا على admin@axvoid.com وسنردّ ضمن المدة التي يحددها القانون.
6. سكان كاليفورنيا وولايات أمريكية أخرى
لا نبيع معلومات شخصية مقابل مال. قد يُعدّ تبادل البيانات مع شركاء الإعلانات «مشاركة» أو «بيعًا» بحسب بعض القوانين؛ يمكنك الاعتراض عبر إعدادات إعلانات Google أو إعدادات المتصفح (مثل إشارة Global Privacy Control).
7. الأطفال
الموقع غير موجَّه إلى من هم دون 13 عامًا ولا نجمع عمدًا معلومات عنهم. إن علمت أن طفلًا أرسل لنا بيانات فراسلنا لنحذفها.
8. الاحتفاظ والأمان
نحتفظ برسائل البريد بقدر الحاجة فقط. يُقدَّم الموقع عبر HTTPS حيثما أمكن، ولا يوجد نقل لبياناتك الأداتية إلينا أصلًا. لا يمكن لأي نظام ضمان الأمان المطلق.
9. النقل الدولي
الأطراف الثالثة مثل Google قد تعالج البيانات في دول غير بلدك وفق سياساتها.
10. روابط خارجية
قد يحتوي الموقع روابط إلى مواقع أخرى؛ لسنا مسؤولين عن سياساتها.
11. التغييرات
قد نعدّل هذه السياسة، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. الاستمرار في الاستخدام بعد التعديل يعني قبولك له.

This policy explains how Axvoid Tools (“we”) handles information when you use https://axvoid.net. We write it in plain language and update it when what we actually do changes.
1. Summary
- We do not ask for an account and do not collect your name, email or any identifying data when you use the tools.
- What you type or paste into the tools is processed in your browser and is not sent to us, except for the DNS lookups described below.
- Third parties (Google) provide services on the site such as fonts and ads, and have their own policies.
2. What we process
a) Tool content
The text, lists and numbers you enter are processed by JavaScript in your browser. We do not store them or send them to our servers, and there is no user database.
b) DNS lookups (SPF/DKIM/DMARC Checker and Email Validator)
To check a domain's records, your browser sends the domain name (such as example.com, not the full email address) and/or record names such as _dmarc.example.com over HTTPS to a public DNS service you choose in the tool: Google Public DNS (dns.google) or Cloudflare DNS (cloudflare-dns.com). These requests go from your browser directly to that service and are subject to its policy: Google Public DNS privacy and Cloudflare's policy. These requests do not pass through our servers.
c) Server logs
Like any website, our hosting provider may record technical data when pages are requested (IP address, browser type, requested page, time) for security and operations. We do not use it to track you.
d) Local storage in your browser
We save only interface preferences on your device (language, theme, favourite tools and some tool settings). They are not sent to us. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
e) Your messages to us
If you email admin@axvoid.com, we keep the message and your address for as long as needed to reply and follow up.
3. Third-party services
Google Fonts
Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address and browser type on request. See Google Fonts privacy.
Google AdSense (advertising)
The site may display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar identifiers to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, and may show ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, or visit aboutads.info to opt out of some other vendors' cookies.
- To learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we ask for your consent before using advertising cookies through a certified consent tool, and you can change your choice at any time.
Analytics
We do not currently use analytics tools that track visitors. If we add one, we will update this page first.
4. Legal bases (EEA and UK residents)
We process the limited data above on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, your consent for advertising cookies, and performance of your request when you contact us.
5. Your rights
Depending on your local law you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object to the processing of your data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your data protection authority. Because we have no user accounts, the data we may hold about you is your messages to us; email admin@axvoid.com and we will respond within the period required by law.
6. California and other US states
We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising partners may count as “sharing” or “selling” under some laws; you can opt out via Google Ads Settings or your browser settings (such as the Global Privacy Control signal).
7. Children
The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us data, email us and we will delete it.
8. Retention and security
We keep emails only as long as needed. The site is served over HTTPS where possible, and your tool data is never transmitted to us in the first place. No system can guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
Third parties such as Google may process data in countries other than yours under their own policies.
10. External links
The site may link to other websites; we are not responsible for their policies.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; the last-updated date appears at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
